Tuas Checkpoint

Came back this pm via the Tuas Checkpoint.

This security business is nuts.

They barricaded the place till it was virtually impossible to know which way leads to the exit.

So the policemen and Ghurka guards part time as tour guides and sign posts.

How brilliant!

Legally blonde

I should be writing about my new year resolutions and posting up my holiday pictures. But I am feeling lazy. Waiting for hair to dry. 'reminder to self, cut hair' ....'wonder to self whether to keep curls or not'
Broke one of my new year resolutions (NYR). -> Not to buy anything till I've thrown something out of my wardrobe.
Saw a pair of pale lavender boots at Hush Puppies. It was on sale. Am tempted to buy, but desire to stick to NYR was strong. Besides, what the hell can I match pale lavender boots with? Other than this lovely maroon corduroy pants I saw at M&S. Also, pale lavender boots make such a statement dont you think so? Boots by themselves are already so much value add to any outfit. Imagine one in a statement colour......
Bought a pair of beige capris on Sunday. Am quite delighted. It will go so well with this pair of washed out brown mules at Hush Puppies, and brown messenger bag at Nine West. Both of which I have yet to add to my collection. All this temptation is terrible bad for my moral fibre.

The above is my attempt at sounding like a bimbo. Trying out different styles of writing. In a frivolous mood. This is fun! =)

Happy Birthday ZS!

I realized that I've been whining a lot about not having enough time. Either I am trying to fix too many things into my schedule, or I'm not terribly efficient in managing my time.
Double booked myself for tomorrow and this sat. Supposed to meet Colin to celebrate me passing me exams. Just realised we're celebrating Jenny's bday tomorrow. Supposed to meet up with the rest for ZS's bday celeb, only to realise it's also another friend's bday celeb, and I had been served notice earlier. This is only the tip of the iceberg. I shall stop here, before you think me any more airhead than I care to admit.
Happy Holidays to all, and a Happy Hari Raya Haji to all those who are celebrating it.
Drove to Msia today. Had loads of fun skidding on the water at a not so manly 120 km/h in pouring rain. The kind where you wished your fog lights were brighter, much brighter. I am now a better and more complete driver. All I need now is practice on the infamous Causeway jams. 'rubbing hands with glee'
Got back home, and decided to go Msia again. My passport looks kind of funny with 2 10 Jan 06 entry and exit chops. I wonder what will the reaction be when its my turn for passport audit. 'cheeky grin'
Lastly, Happy Birthday ZS! A warm welcome to the 27th year of your existence on earth. May you remain you. I realised that nowadays, ZS is sometimes an adjective when I'm talking to PY or Dee. =)
